Schuylerville man faces 456 charges of child molestation:

BALLSTON SPA — A man who breeds thoroughbred racehorses in the town of Saratoga has been charged with 456 counts of child molestation.

Donald Nitchman, 48, allegedly molested three boys, each of whom was 13 when the alleged abuse began. The alleged crimes occurred between August 2004 and last June.

Nitchman was indicted Monday on four counts of sexual act in the first degree; 77 counts of criminal sexual act in the second degree; 83 counts of criminal sexual act in the third degree; 144 felony counts of sexual misconduct; one count of sexual abuse in the third degree; three counts of unlawful imprisonment; and 144 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy said Nitchman's alleged contact with the boys, all of whom are now in their late teens, came out when the first victim went to State Police in June. An investigation led to the other victims.

If convicted, Nitchman could be sentenced to more than 100 years in prison, Murphy said.

As much as I would like to give this scumbag 456 poinths that would seriously skew the yearly results. Maybe next year I'll keep points like that. Anyway on to the points.

Boggs Twp. man accused of rape, sexual assault:

A Boggs Township man, arrested on Tuesday on charges of possessing child pornography, now faces additional charges for allegedly having sex with a then- 6-year-old local girl and videotaping the acts, state police said.

State police at Rockview said they also have footage of David James Hollenback taping young girls through window blinds, and they are still investigating the possibility that additional local children were sexually abused.

“There were hundreds of pictures of children being sexually abused. There was video after video on DVDs,” said Trooper Leigh Barrows, the investigating officer. “... I never saw anything so sick in my life.”

He faces numerous charges, including rape, statutory sexual assault, indecent exposure, obscene and other sexual material and performances, invasion of privacy and endangering the welfare of children.

During the course of the investigation, police also looked inside a locked tin Hollenback kept in his closet, she said. They found hundreds of pictures and videos of children being sexually abused.

Hollenback was arrested on Tuesday and charged with possession of child pornography and related charges.

As police continued to examine evidence, they found seven suicide notes and footage of Hollenback taping himself having sexual intercourse with a then-6-year-old girl.

They also found some footage of Hollenback peering through window blinds and taping girls’ private regions, she said. Some of the videos date back more than five years.

“He has never been in trouble. This is his first time,” she said. “You would never think that he would be like that.”

Another serial predator that went unnoticed. I shiver at the thought of how many others are out there like this scumbag who have yet to be caught.

Police Find Drugs, Homemade Child Pornography In Home:

Police responding to a drug complaint inside a south Louisville apartment said they stumbled upon one of the largest, most disturbing collections of child pornography they said they've ever seen.

"All I'll say is that these are some pretty heinous acts that we've come across," said Lt. Tom Dreher, head of the Metro Police Crimes Against Children Unit.

Dreher said detectives arrested Edward Dewey, 46, after he consented to let them search his Taylor Boulevard apartment Tuesday.

"When narcotics detectives examined the computer, just looked at some of the images on the computer, they determined that those images were of a child pornographic nature," Dreher said.

An arrest report said detectives found Dewey watching a child pornography DVD in his bedroom at the time and that they found images of children having sex on Dewey's computer and on storage devices seized from the apartment.

"We found some things there that lead us to believe that we have some actual victims of abuse at the hands of Mr. Dewey in our community," said Dreher. The arrest report said detectives found images of Dewey molesting what appeared to be a 2-year-old child.

Dewey now faces multiple charges, including distribution of matter portraying children in a sexual performance, possession of child pornography, use of a minor in a sexual performance, sex abuse, and possession of marijuana.

Records show this is Dewey's first ever arrest in Jefferson County.

Neighbors said the allegations were a surprise.

It's not just the registered sex offenders you have to look out for, it's the unregistered ones too.

It would take only a little imagination, Ira Shimshi claimed, to pretend that a Cherry Hill hotel room was really in Brazil, where an adult can have sex with a 14-year-old girl with parental consent.

"We'll make believe . . . we'll play Sambas in our hotel room," the 56-year-old New York Police Department dispatcher instant-messaged to an undercover FBI agent in Cherry Hill whom he believed was a 14-year-old girl.

Have you thrown up in your mouth yet? I did.

Shimshi, who used the screen name "Dirtyoldira" on an Internet chat room, eventually settled for a meeting at the Deptford Mall. He would be the guy in the black Crocs with a backwards New York Yankees cap on, he told the "girl."

Did he have big gold chain with a medallion that said "douchebag" on it?

When Shimshi arrived at the mall last Friday morning, FBI agents arrested him and found nine condoms, bottles of flavored lubricant and a high-definition video camcorder in a bag that he had in his car.

Authorities say that Shimshi sent the agent photos of his genitalia and pornographic videos featuring children, along with instructions on how to delete them. He also described how he had exposed himself to girls at area malls.

But Shimshi wasn't just interested in trading pictures and stories.

"I'm not a collector I want the real taste . . . let me call you?" he wrote in a Sept. 19, 2007, instant message. "I want to hear your girlish voice telling me what to do."

My gag reflex can't take much more of this.

"I'll buy some rose lotion . . . we'll undress each other," he wrote. "I'll get a room . . . a room at the Marriott . . . bring back some Venti- sized drinks from Starbuck's (in case we get thirsty - sex can make you thirsty)."

That's it. I now have the dry heaves.

Police: Level 3 Sex Offender Molests Boy At Library:

A Level 3 sex offender was arrested after police said he molested a 6-year-old boy in the children's room of the New Bedford Public Library.

Corey Deen Saunders, 26, of 15 Johnny Cake Hill, New Bedford, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14; rape of a child under 16 (second offense); and enticing a child under 16.

Police said Saunders fondled and performed oral sex on the boy in a secluded corner of the library.

Police arrested Saunders a short time later near the library.

Saunders has been in Department of Social Services custody since he was 12, and was removed from two facilities after officials said other children were at risk, according to the New Bedford Standard Times.

When Saunders was 17, he was placed in a foster home in Attleboro, where within seven hours of arriving he was arrested on charges of assault with intent to rape; indecent assault and battery on a child under 14; and attempting to commit unnatural intercourse, the paper said.

Who the fuck thought it was even remotely anywhere near a good idea to let this child molesting freak out into society? Somebody better lose their freakin' job over this one.

Policeman Accused Of Sexually Abusing Girl:

CONWAY SPRINGS, Kan. -- A part-time police officer has been fired after being charged with sexually abusing an 11-year-old Wichita girl.

Bradley Whorton, 53, of Conway Springs, is being held without bond on two counts each of aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. A Feb. 5 preliminary hearing is scheduled in Sedgwick County District Court.

The girl's mother, 38, also is charged with one count of aggravated child endangerment. The father, 33, has been arrested in the case, but had not yet made a court appearance.

Wichita police said the abuse started in October 2006 and occurred in Wichita, where the girl lived with her mother, and in Florence, where the father lives.

When an 11-year-old girl can't trust the police let alone her own parents it's just further proof that we have failed as a society.
