CINCINNATI -- A West Price Hill man is being held on $500,000 bond for allegedly causing a child to get hypothermia -- while indoors.
Police said Johaido Munoz forced a 3-year-old boy into a bathtub and turned a cold shower of water on him.
Police said Munoz also hit the boy with a belt or chain.
A police report said that the boy was beaten and kept in the cold water long enough to require the child's hospitalization.
