Baby Beaten, Burned And Drugged:
Reason to Blow Up the World...
NEW ORLEANS -- Life support kept a baby breathing Tuesday morning after she was beaten, burned and drugged, according to police.
EMTs rushed 6-week-old Diane Nelson to the hospital when police received a 911 call around 1:30 a.m. Monday from a babysitter who said the baby wasn’t breathing.
Investigators said they examined Nelson at the hospital and found evidence of severe child abuse.
Bogalusa Police Department Sgt. Darrell Darden said the child had suffered blunt force trauma and head injuries consistent with being beaten by a fist. He said Nelson had also been burned repeatedly, and had been forced to swallow some kind of prescription medication similar to Xanax.
Police said up to five people might be charged in the case, including the mother. If Nelson dies, officers said they will file murder charges.
Every time I post one of these stories my underground child abuse 'fight club' theory seems more plausible.
I'm only issuing three points for each form of abuse the child had to endure but as Commissioner of Doom I reserve the right to issue any additional points in the future once charges and names of assclowns become public.
