Man Pleads Guilty To Using Shock Collar On Stepdaughter:

A Jackson man has pleaded guilty to using an electric shock collar to discipline his 8-year-old stepdaughter.

Prosecutors said Gerald Majeres administered shocks by remote control because the girl was eating her breakfast too slowly.

He faces up to six years in prison when sentenced April 21.

This scumbag needs to have a shock collar on his sack for the entire time he's in prison.
