Reason to Blow Up The World: That a 10 year police veteran would force a 12-year-old boy to perform sexual acts on him. I hope they put him in general population.

Kansas Boy, 10, Charged With Killing Father:
Reason to Blow Up The World: From the "More sad than sick" Dept. It sounds like this kid needs more help than anything but the fact that something made him think to blow his own fathers head off with a shotgun is kind of scary.

Illinois

Boy, Little Sister Stabbed to Death at Home:
Reason to Blow Up The World: Not just for the fact that someone stabbed a 3 and 9 year old to death but did it while the mother was home. There's no reason for this.

North Carolina

N.C. man sentenced for abusing 6 children:
Reason to Blow Up The World: Not only the fact of what this scumbag did but also for the fact that according to him what he did didn't cause the victims any pain. I hope your cellmate causes you a greater amount of "not pain". (log in info)

Boy, 7, shot outside school:
Reason to Blow Up The World: Not only for the boy being shot but also for the stepfather, who was the intended target for taking off and leaving his stepson to almost bleed to death. As someone who is a stepfather I would never abandon either of my stepkids like that. You make me physically sick and I hope the police find you. Please resist arrest when they do. Reason to Blow Up The World: The 15 year old kid stabbed his mother 111 times all because she confronted him about internet porn and homemade weapons. One hundred eleven times he plunged a knife into his own mother's body over porn and a homemade gun.

Pennsylvania

Four charged after girl killed in 'excrutiating ordeal':
Reason to Blow Up the World: I'll just quote from the article...

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (AP) -- A 15-year-old girl was stabbed, beaten, set on fire and thrown into a river, and four acquaintances were charged with murder, authorities said.

The killers of Christine Marie Ham lured her to a small park behind a public housing complex in southwest Philadelphia on Saturday and attacked her, authorities said. Police said she was still alive when she was thrown into the Schuylkill River and managed to crawl out, but bled to death on the shore.

I really wish that the punishment would fit the crime.

Alabama

Brother, sister arrested on incest charge at Trafford trailer:
Reason to Blow Up the World: I don't care if you were given 5 minutes to live. When your own sister starts looking good to you it's time to remove yourself from the human race. By the way did you all notice the word "trailer" in the headline? I do have to note that even though the "people" in question are from Georgia the point is awarded to the state in which the Act of Doom took place.

Texas

Kindergartners Accused of Having Sex at School:
Reason to Blow Up the World: Do I have to spell it out for you? Read the headline again. KINDERGARTNERS HAVING SEX!!! I realize they probably had no idea what they were doing and saw something they shouldn't have at home and imitated it but it's just so disturbing to read this...

We are told the two six-year-old boys in question, were performing oral sex on each other, in the restroom.

What makes it even more Doomworthy is that the school totally went apeshit over the situation and offered counseling to the kids involved and now kids can't go to the bathroom without supervision. They're kindergartners for crying out loud. You tell what they did was wrong and let it go at that.

North Carolina

Sheriff: 9-year-old kills mother, self:
Reason to Blow Up the World: This is more sad than anything. What reason could a 9-year-old boy possibly have for killing his mother then himself? I guess there's probably more to this story than we know but still this tragedy is heart wrenching no matter how you look at it. My thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of the victims.

Witnesses Say Students Watched Girl's Sexual Assault At School:
Reason to Blow Up The World: Not only for the fact that these two lowlives raped a special needs student in front of several witnesses but the fact that the principal didn't want to get the cops involved. The principal has since been fired. Now hopefully these two scumbags will resist arrest when their time comes.

Florida

Police: Woman sold daughter for car:
Reason to Blow Up The World: I don't care how desperate you are there's no excuse for trying to sell your 14 year old daughter and worse yet prostituting your 11 year old daughter. I hope for the hottest place in hell for you.

South Dakota

Girl Slain; Grandma's Lover Nabbed:
Reason to Blow Up The World: I think it's obvious. I'm not going to retype it. But did anyone else notice the key word in that article? That word would be "trailer". For those of us who have seen Sin City this slime needs the John Hardigan treatment and needs both his weapons removed.
