Stabbing victim remains in critical condition:
Reason to Blow Up The World: How about the fact that a restraining order did nothing to keep this scumbag away from the victim. It also didn't stop him from breaking into her house and stabbing her more than 20 times. Restraining orders mean nothing to psychopaths.

Do you know how hard it is to get a restraining order? A friend of mine at work had a stalker that was released from prison last month, his lawyer contacted him 2 weeks prior to inform him that the stalker had told numerous parties that when he got out of jail he would kill my friend, his girlfriend, and a few other friends the creep was also harassing... my friend asked is he could do anything about it and his lawyer said "Not until he comes inside your house." Until then he can't do anything, and even after that happens he has to have called the police and they would have to remove him from the house to get a restaining order... that means if they call the cops and the psychopath leaves the property before they get there the only thing he can do is press charges for trespassing... atleast this is how it works in Florida, I'm sure it's not so bad in other states, but hey, if it weren't for crap laws like this we wouldn't be the King of the Doom Hill.

a restraining order is only a piece of paper. and it's pretty damn easy to shoot or stab someone through a piece of paper.
