Animal Control Officer Resigns Over Charges of Drowning Almost 50 Kittens:

Reason to Blow Up the world...

ADELANTO, Calif. — A top animal control officer outside of Los Angeles has resigned as he faces charges in the drowning of nearly 50 kittens.

Kevin Murphy, a head of animal control in Adelanto, Calif., was placed on paid leave in March after prosecutors accused the 36-year-old of drowning the kittens over a four-month period. He faces six counts of animal cruelty.

In case you haven't figured it out by now we like cute fluffy kittens here at News of Doom and we don't take kindly to animal abusing scumbags like you.

What 'They' should do: Toss him off a very tall bridge while tied in a burlap sack.

The state of California felt you warranted six counts of animal abuse so six points.

I just can't imagine what it takes to be able to do something like that. A kitten is probably the most adorable, harmless thing on this planet. And the last time I checked...it wasn't kittens and puppies that they had a hard time placing in homes, its adult animals (of which I have adopted several).

This story brings to mind a town official in this area that took it upon himself to help enforce the local leash laws some years ago. He did so with a rifle. I can't remember exactly how it turned out, but I don't believe much happened besides a little local outrage. Such is small town politics --sometimes disgustingly cruel. People that care for animals are penalized more than those who are irresponsibly breeding, abandoning, and hurting these helpless creatures.

My wife and I are both animal lovers. We kept a chow-shepherd pound puppy from last-minute euthanasia. She was found tied to a tree with a shoestring without food or water. She's now 12 years old. She does her best to get along with our kitties.

Again People,, please go to my space site, and view videos of what goes on with animals everyday,, you reading this may be contributing to the abuse,, and not even know it! An animal is an animal, whether a cute kitty or cattle or a dog. It's all the same, it's all wrong, and they all hurt the same reguardless of their breed.
