Three Youths in Montclair Are Charged in Sex Attack:

Three students from Montclair High School were charged on Tuesday with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old special education student at one of their homes last week, prosecutors and the police in the suburban New Jersey community said.
A law enforcement official said the three male suspects — an 18-year-old and two 16-year-olds — forced the girl to perform sex on them and abused her with a broomstick on Thursday afternoon.
Two of the suspects, Romal Roberts, 18, and one of the 16-year-olds, were arrested on Saturday. The third suspect surrendered to the police on Tuesday, the authorities said. The three were charged with multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault.
The Essex County prosecutor, Paula T. Dow, did not say why the victim was in special education classes, but did say that some of the charges had to do with the victim’s “diminished capacity.”

One point for each 'sexual assault', aka rape, for 3, a point for violating the girl with a broom stick, one point for targeting a mentally diminished girl, for 5 points.
That's why I'm glad a got the hell out of Jersey, they'll do anything there to ensure you can be completely ashamed of your home state.
